I have been trying to mod fo4 for a little bit now, and I've followed basically all step by step instructions on installing Nexus Mod Manager but for some reason my mods just aren't working. I initially had to run NMM as admin because it kept saying it didn't have the write permission but running it as admin solved that. Anyways i tried installing the functional display mod made by Sercretagent99 but the displays are just not showing up. I have enabled all the plugins and enabled mods in the .ini files of fo4 but my game just doesnt seem to want to let them work. Any help is appreciated.
