As the title says, after about 5-15 minutes it will hard crash and I will need to hit the reset button. I just recently installed new parts including a motherboard.

Specs right now:
GPU: 980ti Classified
CPU: Intel i7 7700k
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i V2
Motherboard: ASUS Maximus IX Code
Ram: 2x8gb Trident Z RGB DDR4 3200
Drives: 2TB data drive with old windows install, 1TB date drive, 240gb SSD with new windows install.

Can't play any game as of right now it seems like. Thanks for any help

Check CPU and GPU temperatures. A few minutes to crash could be a pump issue (dead, stalled, not connected, no power, etc.) while 10+ minutes could be a flow restriction, weak pump, dead fans, etc.

If all temperatures look fine and you have an overclock going, step it back a notch and see if it works any better.

Okay so under full load the GPU is getting to about 80-85c max.

GPU idle is 55-59
CPU idle is 30-55

There was a slight overclock going by ASUS optimal setting in the bios, I turned that off and it still is happening. The GPU has a factory overclock. And I havnt messed with it.

Idle temperatures are generally useless, unless they are so wrong that they make it obvious that there is a major cooling issue even under no load.

55C CPU idle for a liquid cooling setup seems suspicious, unless your pump stops when the CPU is below a given temperature.

55C is the highest it got, so Im assuming it got there during bootup, but then I left it to idle. Im playing Rainbow Six just fine now for some reason. I couldnt play it earlier. So this is really strange to me. My friends are saying it could be an airflow issue with the Corsair 750d.
