Quick check on this PSU please?

I currently have:
240gb Kingston SSD
1TB HD
2 x 4GB DDR3 Kingston RAM
Gigabyte Z97X-SOC-CF Motherboard
i5 4690k @ 3.50GHz
Sapphire R9 290 TRI-X OC 4GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

I'm looking to upgrade a few things, RAM will be 2 x 8GB and possibly the CPU to an i7-4790 if I can find a good deal.

But I'm thinking of changing the PSU too, I currently have an Antec TP-650C 80+ Gold in a NZXT S340 with the nifty hidey-hole for PSUs and I'm looking at the EVGA SuperNOVA G2 650W 80+ Gold which is fully modular.

I'm already pretty sure the EVGA is a top tier PSU but confirmation wouldn't hurt :p But really I wanted to double check with you guys that full modular means you only plug in the wires that you want to plug in? There's nothing already attached that can't be removed?

Solution
The EVGA G2 is manufactured by a company called Super Flower which makes some of the best PSU's out there, good choice. And yes it is fully modular which does means you only use the wiring you choose (or what's required).

Fab, thanks!

My Antec, while it has never let me down once, is only semi-modular. I'm thankful for the cover on my NZXT case to hide the monstrosity of cables!

Yikes!

I haven't been 'under the hood' for a while but from what I remember it seemed like every cable that couldn't be removed was every one I didn't need lol

Do you think the 650w will be enough for me? For new RAM, possible new i7 etc? I only really Youtube/Twitch/video edit and render/Photoshop

As I said I haven't looked in there for ages but there were definitely a lot more cables that I couldn't remove that I didn't need. Had to squish them all in!
