Sakumags :
Thanks for taking your time! You really helped me. I will work on builduing a new pc.
You're welcome. My G4560 (the CPU I put in your list because of its impressive price/performance) maxes out my GTX 670 while remaining below 50% usage. This CPU will have no issues driving your 950.
Sakumags :
Although May I ask why this pc doesn't meet your recommendations?
Yes you can.
Simply put, FX is dead. AMD made many mistakes when they released these chips, and the biggest one was that they simply added a crap ton of cores instead of focusing on making each core run quickly. Intel believes that 4 powerful cores are plenty for gaming, and showed AMD that 8 weak cores (like your CPU) cannot keep up in games.
There is also the issue that Windows is only able to use 4 of the 8 cores within your current CPU. The way each pair of cores are packed into "modules" and share a floating point unit (number cruncher part of the CPU), means that each pair of cores is recognized as a single core and an extra thread. This greatly reduces Windows' ability to take full advantage of these already inferior cores.
You never answered my question about your hard drive. Would you mind to take a picture of the cables connected to it, upload them to imgur, and link them here? If your drive is SATA, it can be reused with the new board. If it's IDE, it will need to be replaced to a newer drive that's compatible with newer boards.
