what gpu performs like the AMD RX 470 or 570 for less?

I need a GPU which performs like or better than an AMD RX 470 or 570 for less.
Im looking for around 100 to 120 max. If there is any GPU that can perform like or out perform the 470 or 570 please let me know.
and i don't mind buying used cards

There is nothing for that money that will perform as well, best you might get new would be a GTX 1050 Ti on sale. Personally, I would stay away from used video cards, they are the component most at risk of failure when bought used. If you still want used then it looks like you can pick up a GTX 970 for about $120.

^ the 970 is about then only card you may get for close to that price second hand.
Its just about on a par with a 570.

The issue is unless you're very very lucky they still go for $150 second hand.
You can get a 570 for $170 brand spanking new with a warranty.
