My Computer has WiFi but my iPhone 5s says "no internet connection"

I am currently typing this on my PC with perfectly fine WiFi and it has been working all day. I tried to connect my iPhone 5s to the same exact WiFi, but I get a message next to the network name saying "No Internet Connection." There is also an exclamation mark over the WiFi symbol. This is my home network and it was working yesterday. I noticed this and tried to connect to my WiFi and even my friends WiFi and there was the same problem. Could this be a damage to a part in my phone? Thanks!

restart router, if your iphone has ever connected to a network that required a static ip, try to disable that

also reboot the phone, turn off and turn it on to see if a ip error is giving you this result

other than that, iphone 8 is on the way! :D
