I have 2 cheapo rigs, one an amd phenon 2 x4 960t and a gtx 950 ; and one a phenon 2 x4 b95 with a gtx 770 *got it for 50 bucks otherwise I would have used another 950* How bad will these cpus bottleneck these gpus. I have a spare 950 and 750 ti if the 770 is too powerful for the cpu to bother.

The Phenom II x4 960t is a decent chip and could be unlocked to a 6 core with the right motherboard. Both at 3ghz they will be equal in every way with the 960t with newer instructions might take a slight lead in a few things, I couldn't really tell ya.

The 960t will overclock better to further eliminate a bottleneck if there is one.

To be honest, you will be alright with them GPU's with either of them CPU's, the GTX 770 is faster.

my brother for awhile was using my old Phenom II x4 940, 8GB of DDR2 ram and a GTX760, He played GTA5, Battlefield 1, Rocket league and Black Ops 2 and 3, the other game that seemed limited by the stock 3ghz was Battlefield 1, it pegged the CPU at 100%, the 760 never hit much more than 80%, a simple...

I'd say you'd be fine for the most part.
