100% cpu usage in CSGO

Hi, so I got a new pc a month ago and I just realized that my cpu usage while playing csgo is 100%. I discovered that on idle, cpu usage is very unstable (15-20% and jump to 50 or 80+%). did a benchtest (http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/3549297) and updated all drivers then performed Windows Memory Diagnostic but so far no luck. I would really appreciate anyone that could help me solve my issue(s) here. thanks!

I'm aware of it but I ended most programs (chrome,steam,discord) and still getting high cpu usage. tried fixing the ram by enabling XMP and this is what I got http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/3549453

that's a screenshot of all my task on idle. svchost.exe is not the culprit but the cpu usage for each tasks changes drastically but stay at 20+%. for example, steam might uses 5% and discord 0.5% but in the next second, steam uses 0.3% and discord 5.2%.

I'm using the BenQ Zowie XL2411 144Hz monitor so refresh rate of csgo is 144hz but my fps is ranging from 100-200 and that really bugs me. the cpu usage of other game is high too.

Switch to the detailed view on your task manager, go to the Details tab, and sort that list by CPU usage, highest first. Tell us which .exe is eating the most CPU. The number given is still a %, it just doesn't have the symbol.

Just turn off multicore rendering in the settings, hope that helps

Make sure you sort the list by highest CPU usage so that whichever .exe is eating your CPU will be right up top. If it's anything other than System or System Idle Process, there's your culprit.
