Very weird connection error

I recently have had an error connecting to various programs on my internet connection. This includes Discord, League, Battle.net and Steam. I can still browse the internet.

When I have connected my phone hotspot to the computer everything has worked as normal so its an issue with the internet not my computer.

It was working completely fine until last night when it randomly dropped out.

Things I've tried
- Restarting modem
- Restarting PC
- Checking firewall settings
- Checking modems firewall settings
- Calling ISP and having them reset on their end
- Using a VPN
- Scanning for viruses
None of these have worked and I have run out of ideas at this point so would really appreciate some help
