Sorry Guys, i mistakenly selected category motherboard instead of graphics card.
I have a sff pc and i am planning to get gtx 750 ti.My Pc specs are:

I am going to buy it, so help me decide whether i can run it or not.

Hello... Well... 1) can you take a digital of the Label on the Power supply for us and post it some where?

2) Or can you give me the +12Vdc information on that label... I need the wattage and current rating for that circuit/Output?

Your CPU and GPU will use that circuit... AND They can't lie on those labels B D

Hello... perfect Pic B ) well the Electrical design appear to be Just +12VDC outputs... one for your CPU and One that get sent to the MB and a overall Total rating of 240 watts from those circuits.

your CPU will need 65 watts and your GPU 60 watts... for total of 125 watts for those devices... you should be able to do this... just make sure you give the power supply cool fresh air in your case placement B )

but the problem is card dimension that will not fit into the case

Ya it looks like it is wired like a laptop MB in a OEM-slim tower case... B / the wattage is good all other details are in your hands B D

There is NO rules you have to use the case... or you Can't build one your self B )

Hello... and not having a PCIeX16 slot is going to take some custom wiring too... with a external slot... you could get another Low cost case/PS... used MB for that CPU and get 4-2gb Used Corsair DDr2 800 sticks for 16GB... and basically the CPU is the only salvageable upgrade choice you have... the drive will be custom to fit too.. SAD but the truth. You have a LGA775 laptop side ways on your desk. B )

Your intentions are good... but someone bought you a pretty NON upgradeable "OEM System" ...typically they are Video card upgradable but this thing has a Laptop MB in it B O unless you want to learn the fine art of electronics, soldering and schematic reading as hobby with this thing your screwed on that Video card upgrade B /

Hello... COOOLLLLLL B D... that helps a lot... the parts/specs list did not state that, when I looked back B D... I think it's a great upgrade for that CPU... if you can make it fit... then do it... need some modding advice send me some Pics... it looks to me at this time you just need to Slot out one of the Covers on it to make work? and make a "L" bracket to secure the card ? B /
