Gpu is not working anymore

Hello Everybody from this forum i run yesterday into a problem i did get into device manager and disabled my rx 480 then i did turn off my pc and now it doen't work anymore if i plug my hdmi into my 480 the screen says no signal but if i put the hdmi into the motherboard i get a signal but i only get a signal via my motherboard if the 8-pin power cable from my gpu is not plugged into my gpu. The gpu still gives light and if i put the 8-pin powerconnector into it the fans start spinning.
Please can someone help me? :(

I can't enable it that's the problem and if i'll now go into device manager it says Pci simple communications-controller under (Other Devices) and if i go to the properties of that it says device doesn't work properly

In device manager there is tab called other devices if i click that it there is a tab called PCI Simple Communications-Controller if i click properties it says doesn't work properly maybe its that?
