Yes.

Nice and balanced, everything is compatible, good budget build.

Did your research well.

Cant really recommend any changes, though the extra fans are not entirely needed, so you can leave them out if you wish to save a buck or two. Also check if you can grab a RX 470 on special for the same price, youll get better performance out of it (and value for your money) Otherwise good build.

The rx 470s are like an extra £50 in the uk and it would be cheaper to buy a 1060 over the 470 in the UK. I feel that the 1050 ti will have to suffice :/. Thanks for the reply though.

For starters you don't "need" such expensive fans, a 4 pack of generic rosewill 120mm fans can be had for under $20 USD on amazon. The rx 4/570 deliver noticeably higher performance compared to the 1050 ti, If you do go with a 4/570, get the 4gb model, as the extra money in the 8gb model would be better spent on an rx 480. PSU can handle most mid range cards from either nvidia or AMD. It's still a fine build any way you view it, and can kill a console with ease.

Yeah, the case comes with two exhaust fans at the back so im just gonna buy two fans for better intake and less dust. The LEDs are just a personal preference.

Ill buy the GPU last and hope to find a good deal for the 470/480 :)

If you buy another stick of RAM later on, even if it is the same brand/model, it MAY not work together with your existing stick. I can't give you the odds of it not working, they may be low, but only RAM that has been tested together and sold in a kit is guaranteed to work together.
