USB not working

When I put in my USB drive. I tried to open it but it said the parameter was incorrect and that the directory name is invalid. How do I solve this problem?

That is often the sign of a failed hard drive, no way to fix it aside from sending the drive into a data recovery place to get fixed. You can test things on another system, try a different USB cable, remove the drive from the enclosure if it's a standard drive. Some external drives have built-in encryption done through the electronics and/or a custom connection that makes removing them tough or impossible.
