Low fps or big drops

Hi guys can somebody help me with my fps?
ok lets start-> i have upgraded from Msi gtx 660 OC to Msi gtx 1060 OC (3gb)
I have Amd Fx-9590 Cpu, in games like a CS:GO i have just 60-180FPS
My mother board is-GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 V. 4.0
I have reinstalled all video nvidia drivers
I have new newest Bios update (F3)
My temps are good
Please Help

Nothing out of the ordinary here. The 9590 does not have such good single core performance. My fx 8320 at 4.4 gets around 150 fps in csgo.

Getting a better cpu is the only way. A new i3 would be better.

You can oc the 9590 but I DO NOT recommend that because it's already a very unstable cpu.
