Check all cables and make sure nothing is unplugged, if nothing is unplugged, do a CMOS reset, search the internet on how to do a CMOS reset, should only take 10 secs, if your PC turns on after this, don't expect your PC to turn on again after turning it off without another CMOS reset, buying a new motherboard will solve this.

Yes, even if it's a prebuilt, that doesn't mean you can't upgrade or switch parts. That's what I meant by custom built.
