Z97 hd3 bios manufacturer

I'm trying to find out if the bios manufacturer for gigabyte z97 hd3 is AMI or AWARD.
I have a hardware error indicated by a bios beep code which I'm looking to interpret.
Bios beep code is: Continuous short beeps. No display. Fans and MB lights all on.

Z97 hd3 had the AMI BIOS.

Do you try the GPU in other pcie slot yet? And what GPU/PSU do you have?

I have disassembled everything, placed the mb outside the case, and left only the power supply connected but still no dice. Right now, the only thing that could be the problem is the power supply, a corsair cx600. Gpu was a gtx 980.

If the PSU is this one with green/ white color http://rumah-it.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/cx600-600x600.png you should try remove the gtx980, using onboard intel iGPU, if the PC can boot, also if you can test the gtx980 in other PC to make sure it works. Otherwise you are better to buy other good brand PSU, but not that cx600.

It turns out the problem was the PSU. Bought a coolermaster v550s as a replacement and the computer booted right up.
