If i ve got a network with more internet switches and routers how can i test the network where is a problem with a switch or a router?

Solution
LAN troubleshooting, as long as u got it mapped out, because you are the admin, is fairly straightforward because for LAN traffic, there is usually one path to a destination, meaning one way to get from point A to point B, so you just go alone the pipe and A OK?, B OK, C OK etc.

LAN with failsafes, more switches and routers to provide backup paths more complex and for these you gotta have an IT guy who knows what he's doing.

If by network you mean a WAN network, more reason to have this IT guy around, not only does he need to know the various LANs, but he needs to understand how the data carrier gets into the picture.

1. Verify that the data path is actually correct for what you are trying to do.

2. If it is, and there is an issue, reconfigure until it doesn't happen anymore. That last thing you took out is the problem child.

3. Or, if it is a particularly complex environment...then some monitoring software would be in order. Possibly that which came with your business level switches.

Are we talking about commercial hardware of home hardware? Home (unmanaged) hardware does not have much feedback. The LED lights above the ports are about the only feedback you get.
Commercial hardware gives much more insight into network traffic and problems.
