Which is better ?

I'm in a deep dilemma right now confused which one of these gaming/hacking laptop is better :-

both are equally powerful in terms of specification and everything but pricing , asus takes the cake ( the price eats me away ) .

P.S. : I've tried for ACER VX 15 but no success as the model in my country is terribly downgraded . So , No

asus has 2yr warranty vs dell 1y warranty. dells customer support is atrocious by the way. problem solved.
