Looking for a good graphic card for gaming

Solution
I make no promises as I don't own either....... But according to a single review I found at your link, it should fit. 1 person mentioned using that GPU in a Dell 9010 SFF, MSI also has one that is linked to on the amazon page for the Gigabyte model that again a reviewer says they install in Dell Optiplex 5040 SFF's.

The 9010 has a 240w PSU, the 5040 from what I can find has a 180w PSU.... So without making any promises it should fit and work. YMMV

About 150W of that 235W is going to be needed just for the CPU and videocard. That would be cutting it pretty close, because that power supply might not even be outputting a full 235W of continuous power. The other issue is that a new Nvidia card like that might not function well with an old motherboard bios like the one in that Dell, and that's assuming the bios in that Dell isn't set to only accept qualified upgrades.
