I'm having a bit of a struggle at the moment with my first build. I have a MSI B250 PC Mate motherboard and an Intel i3 6100 CPU installed, but the computer won't go to POST (with or without RAM installed). There is a non-flashing white LED light on the motherboard which reads 'CPU EZ Debug'.
Already tried:
I'm getting no response from my monitor... is my CPU / MB DOA or could there be other causes?
Already tried:
Checked both PSU cables
Checked RAM (2, 1 and 0 sticks)
Reset CMOS
Checked for bent pins (seems no bent pins are present)
Tried another PSU
