Hello, everybody, recently i bought a PC consisting of:
G4400
GT730
4GB of ram.
and a 250W PSU

But in every game i try to play, even those who meet the system requirements my PC lags inexplicable. I believe there's something wrong with the GPU though.
The lags are not frequently, they appear after a few seconds of gameplay, then the game goes back to normal for another few seconds, then again sudden lag.

I have tried almost every method, reinstall driver, clean install of windows, but my games still lag.
What do you think it's the problem?
PS: Sorry if i posted in the wrong section, im new here and i don't know how the forums work. :)

Well, hello there! Sorry i couldn't include any more info on the OP.
I tried playing the following games:
Fallout New Vegas (low settings)
Trainz 12 (low settings)
Dead Island Riptide. (low settings)

All those games work fine on my laptop with a GT525M but on my PC, they pretty much stutter everytime i wanna play.

GT730 is one of the worst GPUs for gaming - clear bottleneck there.

Also, have in mind that Nvidia's graphics cards that are created for gaming are called "GTX" and the weak ones (for daily usage) are "GT".

From my personal experience, i haven't seen a GT730 actually giving playable framerates.

While I agree, these are very low spec games that he was running on an even worse GPU. So something's up.

What screen resolution were you trying to play at? Because if the laptop had 720p screen and you're trying to play at 1080p resolution desktop monitor, even though the GT730 is slightly better than 525M, the difference is not that big to push as many pixels as 1080p res has. Could you check your screen resolution?

Sorry for the very late reply, my monitor has an 1280x720 resolution. So i guess that's not a problem.
