For some reason my motherboard is not posting. No video output, keyboard does not light up using caps lock, no beep sound indicating an issue, dram LED comes on for only a few seconds when I power the PC on then turns off and CPU LED comes on for milliseconds then turns off. Is that normal? I'm assuming it's just going through its checks. I have already changed out the ram for new sticks, reset using cmos jumpers, taken out the graphic card, and only put in 1 stick of ram and nothing works. Motherboard still does not post. HELP!

I am currently building a PC with the following specs:
i7-6700k
Z270e motherboard
16gb ddr4 3000mhz ram
GeForce GTX 1070 Graphics card
Seasonic 860w platinum power supply
Kraken x62 AIO cooler
250gb 960 evo ssd

Are you using a tv, or monitor? Is it connected to the graphics card (not motherboard)? What video cable using?

I am using a ku6300 Samsung 40 inch with hdmi connected to the 1070 graphics card But I have also tried with onboard hdmi as well. I don't think hdmi is the issue though since my keyboard led for caps lock is not turning on when I press it.

I'll give it another shot. I have done that but not with every slot. Do you know if it's ok that the post leds turn on for a second before turning off when I turn on the PC?

Same problem here I think I got a D.O.A. motherboard gonna have to go through the hassle of returning it, bummer I was so exited since this was going to be my first build in nearly 20 years.

What components using?

Same problem here, everything assembled correctly, but when I turn it on, the Red LED (CPU) turns on for less than a half second, then the Yellow LED (DRAM) turns on for about 2 seconds and after then no LED lit.
** Also there is no beep at all
when I remove my RAM and then turn it on, DRAM led stays on and beep error play from the speaker.

Did anyone find the problem or solution?

That is either problem with RAM sticks (or perhaps you did not push them deep enough - that happens) or with motherboard. If you have more then one stick, start trying with only one of them, or get some other RAM to test.

I tried both of my RAMs in each slot but it has the same issue.

So it is unlikely to be a problem with RAM sticks (unless they would be incompatible with motherboard, but pretty much any DDR4 should be).
Have you tried booting with no GPU and no drives?
