Gigabyte motherboard fails to detect my RAM

I am almost CERTAIN that I've figured out this issue now.

This is my first PC build, and I am using a Gigabyte GA-H110M-A motherboard with
Ballistix Sport LT 8GB RAM.

After I finished assembling the PC, the speaker gave off long, single beeps that repeated.

I tried using one stick of RAM, switching the slot used for it, and removing it completely.

The same beeps occur no matter how the RAM is arranged.

I'm at a loss of what to do, I cannot really access the BIOS as the display does not appear.

The board is 2133Mhz, but the RAM is 2400Mhz. I'm pretty sure that the RAM should automatically downclock.

If it makes any difference, the RAM voltage is 1.2v.

I have no idea what to do, and I haven't found any results from searching. Any suggestions?

Solution
It's the sound that means "no ram installed".
Most likely, you didn't push the ram stick all the way down into the slot. Otherwise, try putting stick at other slot. If none works, either your ram or motherboard might be faulty.
