CPU:Intel Core i3 7100
GPU:EVGA GTX 1050 Ti Superclocked
RAM:2x4gb Corsair DDR4 2400 Mhz
Motherboard:MSI Bazooka B250 m-ATX
Storage:1TB WD Blue HDD
PSU:EVGA 500W Bronze

Questions:Will an SSD increase perfomance?
Do I have to buy a 4 Core CPU instead of a 2 one?
Do I have to buy 16GB of RAM instead of 8?
Do I have to buy a PSU with more Watts?

Solution
Maybe
I mean, yeah the gtx 1050 ti may anchieve high settings, but i dont know for sure if it can run on 60, key word, maybe
Now, well, yes, a true 4 core i5 will improve the performance, but i'd say the i3 if you're planning on a budget.
8GB for today is fine, but for today, not tommorow. You can also do multitasking on 16GB, but ram is usually cheap, so you can upgrade with ease on that.
And no, a 500 Watt power supply is fine for these componoments

At high it should stay around 60.

Yes..an SSD disk are faster then regular HDD The loading will go MUCH faster and will help the games run better.
I just to play BF4. Had it innstalled on old HDD.. took long time to load into the multiplayer. up to 1 min, maybe more.
Innstalled it on an SSD disk, then it took only 10-15 sec.

PSU: it depends on how much the GPU require.
The more cores and more memory is better.. ESPESIALLY if you gonna record while playing games etc..
