I'm not sure what the issue is but I have recently run into many issues while gaming online. I did move recently and got a new isp but the internet tests that i have run show my internet as healthy and fast. But when gaming i hit random lag spikes about every 30 - 45 seconds or so. I ran a ping test using the cmd prompt and typing "ping -n 100 8.8.8.8" and it has revealed that I have ping spikes consistent at around 30-45 seconds as well. It stays between 10-12 ms for the most part with the occasional leap to 1500+ ms. My actual test results were as follows: "Packets: Sent = 200, received = 100, lost = o (0% loss), approximate round trip times in milli-seconds : Min =8ms, Max = 1718ms, Ave = 29ms.

What is causing this? I cant figure it out.
