yes you can. gddr5 and ddr3 are 2 separate things.

Certainly, but a GT 730 is no faster than integrated graphics for most new CPUs, I don't know why you'd want one.

The DDR3 the motherboard is referring to is "System RAM".
The graphics card has its own 'motherboard' and supports its own kind of RAM (DDR5 being the latest).
