Yes the GTX 1060 will work on that motherboard as it has a PCIe 16x slot. Also that power supply should be able to power the gpu just fine. Although what CPU are you using in the build as the gtx 1060 may not be able to be fully utilised. (If you ahvent got this board yet and are doing a new build i dont advice going with an fx chip anymore)
