8GB of hardware reserved memory? (16GB total)

Hello everyone at Toms hardware, I have no idea if I'm posting in the correct spot or not because I am a new user, but here goes.

Recently, I've upgraded my pc from my Apevia X-Dreamer case to Corsairs 460X glass panel case. During that process, I managed to accidentally bend a few pins on my processor, which I spent 2 hours unbending and fixing with patience, and surprisingly it worked! Outside of that, everything went seemingly smoothly and I booted up my computer like normal. When I get to the desktop, I checked and my ram says that I have 8GB of it stored to hardware reserved, leaving me with only 8GB left. I've dealt with this issue before when my hardware was in my old case, and it took an awful lot of reboots to get all of the memory to be seen as the full 16GB. As of now, I STILL cannot figure out why 8GB of my DDR3 ram isn't usable to me, as I've been wanting to play Forza Horizon 3 for quite some time now :c

As for the things and solutions I've tried, I have switched the sticks around in all kinds of order, changed the maximum memory in msconfig, changed the registry value to 1 like in the youtube videos, I've ran memory tests through my bootable USB device, and I've booted up on each stick on their own, and they do indeed work fine if I use them one at a time. Also, the ram that I am using are from three different brands, Samsung, Corsiar, and PNY. I would say that this issue is because of the different brands, but I was using these same sticks before I moved into my new case. Is there anything that I can do to utilize all of my memory? The full 16GB is being seen in the bios as well

My specs:

CPU: FX-8350

Ram:
x1 Samsung 4GB
x2 PNY 4GB
x1 Corsair 4GB

GFX Card:
XFX RX 480 8GB

PSU: 750W PSU EVGA

Mobo: Gigabyte 990FX UD3 R5

You could try updating your BIOS if you're not on the most recent version to see if you get lucky, or at least clear your CMOS & try again from scratch, but I'm here to tell you....you're asking for all sorts of problems mixing RAM types like that. Its a big no no. Its also possible, if it was working before, that your bent pin problem is what's causing this.

I have updated my bios to the most recent version, and I don't really think that my pins are even damaged though, after I placed the CPU back in the socket it fit and adjusted the pins back to their normal state. Do you know of any other methods of getting the memory to work properly?
