Can't Find AMD GPU Settings

Hi! I want to change my Aspect Ratio for CSGO to Stretched 4:3, and I heard to get stretched you need to change the setting in my GPU settings. I tried pulling up Radeon settings and couldn't get to it.
My Specs:
AMD A10-6800k
AMD Radeon 8670D + 8570 Duel
10 GB ram (I now, its weird.)

I've tried right clicking on the desktop to get the setting, nothing.
Looked up AMD Control Catalyst on the Search tab, nothing.
typed cnext.exe into the run function, nothing.
Please help!

im assuming you have black bars on side or bottom and top

i had exact same issue if you have 1280x1024 on your desktop do it and make the game fullscreen windowed if it still has bars
google cru (custom resolution utility) if you cant still fix it reply back or pm on the website ill try helping

My monitor is 1080p, I just wanna play that low. Lemme set my monitor to that res.

Well, it worked, but now I am always on 1280x1024... LOL! Well, Ya gotta do what ya gotta do!
