In the picture listed, the red LED fan is blowing air into the case, along with my 2 fans on the radiator, I then have 2 more fans on the front of the case below the power button that are blowing air out of the case, and adding 2 more fans in a couple days when they come in the mail, and my case is the Corsair 760t.

But my question is, the red LED fan in the picture, is that fan supposed to be blowing air into the case or should it be blowing air out of the case? I went with blowing the air in because I didn't think it would make sense to blow the air out of the case because all the air that's being blown in from the radiator fans would be blown right back out with the red LED fan shown.

I'm still new to this so I have NO idea what to do, but my CPU temperatures are about 10 degree's higher when I swapped from the Thermaltake Level 10 GT case to this Corsair 760t case, so I need to figure something out and get it fixed.

Any help appreciated!

Solution
Both back fan and fans on radiator should blow air out and front ones in. The main idea is to have as much air going thru the case instead of pumping it in.
Most successful formula is front/bottom/side = air in, back/top = out.
