Getting a Ryzen 7 but am at a loss finding a cooler

I have been looking around and most of the ryzen cores i am finding on newegg right now are without cooling units. Im wondering what the best cooling unit would be for the ryzen 7 without taking up too much space and providing excellent cooling. Budget is not a problem here I just need it to be a air cooler as im not looking to overclock. (if it is big i want something cool you know with like rgb lighting or what not)

+1 for this answer and youcan always change the fans for some RGB fans, on pretty much any tower cooler like that for AM4
