So in gpu tweak I got GPU Speed stuck at 109% on game mode and 110% on oc mode. Doesnt matter if im idling or playing any game, thats the numbers im getting. Ive tried doing a clean install of drivers, ive checked nvidia control panel and changed the performance to adaptive. Ive tried unninstalling geforce experience and gpu tweak .
