I recommend you use this > http://www.coolermaster.com/power-supply-calculator/. Just chuck in your components and as far as i know it's a pretty accurate predication of your Power usage requirements.
Your hardware would run fine on most good Power Supplies with at least 350W+, if you are in the market for a new one just name your country and budget and i can help you out.

Thank you so much for the VERY quick reply, I used the calculator and I have a question... Under the CPU it said CPU count, is it asking for the amount of cores or physical CPUs

Amount of Physical CPUs, it states this under the selection box > "CPU count applies only if the system has more than 1 physical CPU."
