I would base my decision purely on budget mate.
There really isn't a lot of difference between a 580 (be it 4gb or 8gb) a 1060 6gb.
On a sensible choice it would be the 580 4gb for now
The 1060 6gb performs better but I don't think you'll see any difference with an old i5.
On a future proofing level probably the 580 8gb.
