Hi everyone! After a lot of research and reading all the answers that you guys provided, I came up with this final build!

Case- Antec 100 Mid-tower case ~(This case is my old one and I'm not planning to change it. However, I search that this case doesn't have a USB 3.0 in front but the motherboardn that I'm gonna buy have it, what options do you guys have?)~

Motherboard- ASUS Prime Z270 ~(I chose this board 'cause it's compatible with the processor)~

Processor- Intel i7 7700K ~(I think this processor is good for my editing PC)

RAM- G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400 ~(Well, I don't understand the name that much but that's what my friend recommend me. Is this good?)~

GPU- I don't which better in this two: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1060 DirectX 12 GV-N1060D5-6GD REV2 6GB 192-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 ATX ~OR~ ASUS ROG Radeon RX 480 STRIX-RX480-8G-GAMING 8GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready Video Card ~(Which do you think is better? Is this two compatible with my other components? Another issue I have here is that the gigabyte doesn't have a VGA port and my monitor only has VGA, what should I do? I'm not sure about the Asus. Consider the performance please)

HDD- I'm gonna use my old 1TB HDD here if that's ok. Is it?

PSU- My friend recommend this three power supply: Seasonic S12II-520 ~OR~ Seasonic M12II-520 EVO ~OR~ Seasonic G-550 ~(Which is better? Is this three have enough power to run my system?)~
CPU Air Cooling- CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler ~(Some bright people here recommend that air cooler to me. Is this good for i7? You can recommend some)~

Monitor- Samsung SyncMaster B1930 ~( This is my old one. Like I said above, it only has VGA port)~

So that's it, tell me if I forgot something. Please consider everything in every part. Tell me if there's any incompatibility in this build. Thank you for your time and have a great day! You can recommend other parts too! :)

Solution
From the bottom to the top:

Modern GPUs don't come with a VGA port.
So you'll need an adapter.
Or might wanna consider replacing it anyway soon.

The Cryorig H7 is a decent cooler. If you're looking to overclock a bit more than an H5 would be my choice.

PSU: all of these are of decent quality although the S12II/M12II are a bit outdated by now.
I'd go with the G or the S12G. Very decent PSU.
Alternatively look for a EVGA Supernova GS or G2.

HDD - alright.
If you got 80bucks get a 180-300GB SSD

The 1060 is a little bit better but both are sufficient
If one of those got a VGA port for some reason and you're not planning on getting a new monitor anytime soon, I'd pick that one.

CPU: if it's mainly for editing, I'd go with an AMD CPU...

CPU: if it's mainly for editing, I'd go with an AMD CPU. The Ryzen 7 1700 or even the 1600, which is a lot cheaper than the i7, will reduce the needed time drastically.
It's not quite as good in gaming but still more than sufficient. Pair it with a B350 board.

Otherwise the i7+Z270 combo is decent, my board choice would be the Prime Z270-A, the Gigabyte K3 or the AsRock Fatal1ty K4

If your case doesn't support usb 3 from ports, you'll have to do without them and use the ones in the back.

I really appreciate your answers. Can you recommend a specific adapter for my GPU? Send me the link. I also gonna use my PC in gaming so I think i7 would be ok. Well, I'm not planning to get a new monitor since I'm nearly broke, so I'm gonna stick to your solution with adapter. Thank you again :)

Are you inteneding to upgrade your monitor? Because at the moment the rx 480 is overkill for your 1366 x 768 monitor.

You also won't need an i7 7700k for 60hz gaming. A ryzen will be fine for that.

I don't know what to doooo :( I'm really confused about ryzen and i7 now. Many people told me that i7 is a good choice. my monitor is 1366 x 768. Well I've got 1000 dollars (excluding the old parts)

The Ryzen 5 perform nicely in most games for 60FPS workloads. it also has much better multi core performance than the Intels' skylake/kabylake chips which means it will be better for general work and multitasking.

The i7 7700k nowadays is chosen for its high performance in 144hz situations, but that isn't your case.

That 7700k has no cooler with it so that's an expense you haven't looked at at all.

What country are you exactly ???

The ryzen 1600 is probably a far better choice for you unless it's overpriced where you are.
Hell, the 1500x will likely do every thing you want it to.

The monetary saving would likely get you a new monitor into that budget.

As stated
1. At that res both those cards are overkill
2. You'll need an active VGA adapter which will set you back another $20.

I know these adapters exist, I haven't used one myself apart from the DVI to VGA adapter than came with my old GPU.

If you're nearly broke I strongly suggest going for a Ryzen 1600 which will cost you probably 150$ less all in all (cheaper CPU, B350 board + stock cooler)
For an old VGA screen that's probably not even 1080p and 60Hz there's no performance difference in gaming to an i7 but you'll save a lot of cash

Ok, let say I'm gonna choose Ryzen, what motherboard should I pair with it? It will be compatible with my other chosen parts?
