I know the gtx 960 need 1x6pin and 1x8pin cable but my PSU have 1x6pin only and molex cables. If i convert molex to 6pin its enought? or i have to convert it to 8pin?

Well, if you have an 8-pin female port in need of another 8 pin male, you'll have to use a MOLEX/8-pin adapter in order to deliver power, or get a new PSU. The adapter is the more obviously viable option.
