Will a GTX 1070 be compatible with an MSI Gaming 3 motherboard?

Hi all,
I currently own an MSI gaming 3 motherboard but would like to upgrade my graphics card and cpu.
I am interested in buying a GTX 1070 as well as an i5 6600k.
Will I need to upgrade my motherboard, and can I re use my old fan which is a Be Quiet BK010 Shadow Rock Slim CPU Cooler?

Ok, so 1070 will be compatible with your mobo, but 6600k will NOT be compatible. So you would need new motherboard, something based on Z270 chipset. A cooler should be compatible with new mobo, socket 1150 (current) and 1151 (required for 6600k) are same size.
