Hi all. Hope you're doing well!

I was recently gifted an Asus Vivo K20CD, i3-6098P (further specs here). It comes with on-board Intel HD 510 graphics which I'd like to beef up a little. It has a PCIE-16 slot, so I'm thinking of sticking a graphics card in it for some light/moderate gaming, perhaps a low-profile GT 730 DDR3 64-bit 2GB to fit in its narrow case.

The question I have is this: the desktop comes with a measly 90w external AC adapter and no room/infrastructure in the case for an internal PSU. Is it possible to upgrade the AC adapter to a compatible 180w/200w model to support the graphics card? Would something like this work? Wattage calculators suggest it's borderline, but I wonder if there's some other catch I'm not seeing.

Thanks! What's the consensus on the wattage needed to power a GT 730? Nvidia recommends 300w minimum, but I have a feeling that's an exceptionally cautious assessment. Would 200w total - pretty much the maximum I can find for an external power brick - put my pc at risk? There's nothing much in there except stock parts.

Cheers! That's what I'll go with, then. Many thanks for your help!

Wait... You cannot put a GPU in there due to physical constraints.

It's fine, there is just enough space for a low-profile card, though I will have to remove some brackets at the back of the casing and I worry a little about heat dissipation (80mm fan). But we'll see.
