Hi,
I have a Lenovo-Y-700-15ISK laptop with 1 TB 5400'' WD Blue HDD and 128 GB SSD.

I would like to know which are the normal temps for the both HDD and SSD,while idle and under high load, and also what can happen if I turn off the '' Turn off hard disk after ... time'' feature in Power Options?

Is there a possibility of overheating of the HDD after disabling of that feature,or even harming it?

Please tell me!
Thanks in advance!
Best regards!

well, following is relative since information is for desktop.

SSD is 25C, highest ever has been 33C
HDD is 32C, highest ever has been 40C

Turning power saving options on does just that, saves power. It should in no way harm the hard disk. This power saving is accomplished by shutting down the drive motor when hard disk inactivity gets long enough.

As for the long term temperature issues, supposedly operating temperatures for hard disks are between 10 to 50, ideally closer to 20 to 40C
Also normally disks will not heat up too much, small enclosed space with poor ventilation in laptops raises the risk though, especially if used for gaming and having CPU/GPU running hot too.

In normal use, your CPU/GPU will throttle down WAY before hard disk gets to 50's

Edit: Upon checking my laptop with both SSD and HDD, the temperatures are pretty much same.
