Overclocked CPU, cant accsess BIOS

Hello.
I just build my new PC with an AMD ryzen 5 1600x. I was about to overclock it with the Ryzen master tool. I set the "memoryfreqency" i thinl it is called, up and i had to restart my PC. it turned on a few times, and shut it self off again. Now i cant even accsess my BIOS on my "ASRock ab350m pro4" mainboard.
Please help me!

PLEASE make sure your pc is turned off, unplugged, and disassembled away from anything that can generate static electricity.
1. Remove CMOS battery for 10 seconds
2. Place battery back in slot
3. Find your DRCT pins
4. Use either the jumper that was supplied with your motherboard or a metal screwdriver and place it across both of the pins to make a connection between them.
5. Reassemble computer
6. Turn it on
