How much should ask for my PC?

I am going to have to sell my current PC and I'm wondering how much would be a fair price to ask for it.

Specs:
MSI GTX 970 4GB SC
i5-3570k
8GB RAM
Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H
Kingston 120 GB SSD
1tb HDD

I'd say about $375 is the most you could get for it in parts, but as a whole, a buyer would most likely want a discount for taking everything, so you're probably looking at $300-350.
