Wireless Network Setup

I'm trying to extend my internet access that I have at my main building to an out-building that is about 100m away. It's been suggested to me to try a range extender (such as a NetGear option: http://www.bestbuy.ca/en-ca/product/netgear-netgear-nighthawk-ac1900-wi-fi-range-extender-ex7000-ex7000/10381295.aspx?), but when I've tried this in the past, it hasn't been able to help much, as I have to put it close to my router (my router is on the exterior wall closest to the out building, so can't use this as a relay as it would have to be outside).
In trying to research this, Ubiquiti and Engenius come up often. I thought at first I need a wireless bridge, but in calling EnGenius, it was suggested I try: ENGENIUS TECHNOLOGIES 802.11ac 3x3 Dual Band High-Powered Wireless Access Point/Client Bridge (ECB1750). Can anyone provide any suggestion if this is my best route to go? I'm not that techie, and want something reliable and doesn't really need any complicated setup/maintenance. Any help or suggestion in a solution would be greatly appreciated.

Solution

For 100 meters you are going to need point to point setup.
Router connected to ubiquiti nanostation via ethernet cable on main building (antenna pointed at second building).
Second uqibituiti nanostation pointed at first nanostation, connecting by ethernet cable to access point (can convert any cheap router into an access point).

You could also bury an ethernt cable in conduit between the buildings which would be cheaper and more reliable.
You may just excede the distance limitation on ethernet (which is 100m) but going over 5-10m just means you wont get full gigabit speeds but still be faster then wifi.

I hope I'm responding in the correct way. :)
I would have loved to have buried a cable, but I'd have to cross a road which makes it a bit problematic, so the directional antenna seems to be way to go. The uquibituiti nano station looks to be a good solution. I looked on the page: https://www.ubnt.com/airmax/nanostationm/
I picked the LocoM5, but don't really know if this the best one to choose (the product comparisons don't seem to mean much to me). It looks like the max speed for this would be about 11Mbps. Is this about the most speed I would likely be able to expect?

LocoM5 would be perfect for your needs and are easy to configure. No there speeds are much better when used as a P2P link (LOS required obviously).
