I have an HP/Compaq 8200-SFF WA2-0291 Desktop PC with Intel Core i7-2600S. The specs say it's a small form factor. I'm looking to buy a case that will fit a full (normal) sized graphics card. The motherboard is about 8.5 inches by 10.5 inches. Thanks for any help!

Solution
Three items.

1. Pre-built machines may not use standard ATX standoffs (Mobo mounting points) but this can be remedied easily for builders comfortable with power tools.
2. Full-size expansion boards sit up straight so a case with vertical expansion slots.
3. Full-size expansion boards maybe long, so look at it, does it have the room for the board to go all the way to the front of the case of is there something blocking it like a HD cage?
