HI, ever since I switched to windows 10 from Windows 7, I have been having these weird lagging issues.
It usually starts when there are sounds playing like from a game or movie/music in VLC.
There would be these lagging in the sounds when its playing. It will get way worse when there is network traffic like when I open Chrome and an website is loading.
It will also happen when iam inside a game and I open up steam overlay and use that build in webbrowser.
Sometimes it gets really bad where even the mouse cursor will lag. And I cant figure out what the source of this problem is. I even made a fresh install of Windows 10 and after reinstalling al my stuff the problem was still there.
I think its worth mentioning iam using iObit software like Driver Booster, Advanced Systemcare and Malware Figher all PRO edition.
Next to that I run AVG Free anti virus and Zonealarm free firewall.
Full PC specs:
MSI z97 Gaming 5 MOBO
i5 4690k @ 3.5Ghz
16 GB RAM
Corsair Liquid Cooling.
GTX 1050 ti GPU

Realtek
killer lan e2200
and iam also using my onboard GPU for connecting tv on HDMI so dual monitors being used.
