I got a new computer a couple of months ago, which is specifically built for gaming. And for pretty much every 3D game, and most 2D games, it works like a charm. But there are some 2D games that, for some strange reason, run slowly on my new computer; it's like they're in slow motion. My laptop can run them just fine, so why can't my new computer? I've looked everywhere for an answer to this, but I've found nothing.
Games that I've had trouble with: Dustforce, Circa Infinity, Airspace: The Fall of Gravity
There are some games that I've had low FPS on (such as Sonic CD and The Binding of Isaac), but I've been able to fix them by either lowering their resolution or messing with the config files. But I've never found a solution like that for the games above.
Old Computer Specs:
Nvidia Geforce GT 630M
Intel Core i5-3210 Dual-Core
New Computer Specs:
AMD Radeon RX 480
AMD FX 8350 Octa-Core
