Hey guys i'm a totally noob when it comes to specs of computers.

Does this build will be alright?

motherboard: ASUS H81M-C
CPU: intel pentium g3260
GPU: nvidia GT 730 2gb ddr3
ram: 8gb (4gb per slot)
PSU: ATX12V 750 watts
OS: Windows 8.1 (64bit)

my focus is on gaming, i'm a avid player of Dota 2, Call of duty (MW and Black ops series).

follow up question: Does my GPU will overclock my CPU? or vice versa. if yes does buying a nvidia GTX 730 will be alright for my CPU?

MANY THANKS IN ADVANCE GUYS!! :) (sorry for bad english tho)

Would be the motherboard and PSU.

For a low budget gaming PC, Pentium G4560 and a basic motherboard, and one stick of 8gb ram is the way to go. You can always add another 8gb some day in the future. The RX 460 is about as low as you should go in new videocards for gaming. An RX 550 is also a consideration, however I think it's too expensive for what you're getting. The 460 is a better deal. The GT 730 DDR5 is a very low end card. To be honest, I'd rather have a faster used card than a new GT 730.

The GT 730 DDR3 should not be in consideration. If you were only playing Dota 2, sure maybe that's fine. But those other games need DDR5 at least. Slow memory in an already slow card is not a good idea for gaming.

so your saying sir that intex is a bad psu? (if im not wrong). What if i'll buy a GTX 750 will it overclock my CPU sir? :)

It's junk but with your low power hardware I'd guess it's work. But if you don't own it already don't buy it. No buying a GTX 750 does not overclock your CPU.

Unless he means can the PSU support a CPU OC is a GPU is added??

Is this what you meant to type?

I think the principle of minimizing confusion applies, here. Just focus on steering the OP towards a well-balanced system that fits the budget.

That's why I didn't recommend any build; it's much over OP's budget.
