GPU LED is lit on AM4 MSI Arctic Tomahawk board when RX 480 is installed and everything is working?

I built my new Ryzen system a few weeks ago and I have noticed that my GPU LED turns on, even though I have an RX 480 installed. I have all the drivers up to date (as of April 23), and no overclocking. Is there any specific reason for this, or is it still just growing pains due to the new architecture?
My build is:
Ryzen 5 1500x (no oc yet, stock cooler)
Corsair Vengeance 2400mhz
MSI B350 Arctic Tomahawk
Sapphire Nitro+ RX 480 (No OC)
Samsung EVO 250ssd
WD 1TB 7200rpm

Solution
I really don't think there is anything wrong with the motherboard, if it were and the led were lit, it wouldn't post or boot up correctly.

When I was using am3 msi boards, some boards come with cpu phase lights, most them were lit bright blue indicating each core was working properly.
If the motherboard had a problem and couldn't boot, it would blink on and off indicating a problem.
If you want to, call msi and have them clarify a few things.

My mistake, but the led in question is on the mobo itself. I'll add a photo of it so you know which one I am referring to.

This might not be useful to you, but my Motherboard LEDs above the RAM slots glow red, assuring that they're installed properly.
Check your manual on the LEDs page, as I've heard that some motherboards glow their LEDs to let you know that a certain component is installed.

I have the same mobo and same issue of red led above cpu staying on all the time despite there being no issues. I just updated the bios and this did not fix it.

Its just the motherboard a All OK LED, it used to do my head in, especially as I was running a green system and had the one damn red bright LED there, I posted on MSI about it, theres no way to turn it off, a moderator just recommended covering it up with a very small piece of electrical tape, I know right, RED!!!!! of all colours on a white board, but red is MSI's colours, im using an X370 Gaming Pro Carbon now, and one beauty of this board is you can turn all of the LED's off, except the ones you want.

If the red light does scare you, then quit looking at it, otherwise do what the nice moderator said and put a little tape over it.
Otherwise just find some different led fans and it'll out shine the mobo led lights.
When I get home I'll take a picture of my computer so you can see the nice red corsair fans on the back and on the sides. :)
