How to read a blue screen of death dmp file?

So i just built my PC and when i stress it enough my pc gets the blue screen and gives me an error:
WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR.
I'm new on pcs and i want to learn how to read the dmp file to see what's wrong with my pc.

Specs;
Win 10 pro
I7 4790k
EVGA 500B
2x4 RMS Corsair 1333mhz
z97pk ECS mobo

Just after your system POST's, hit DEL. Make sure you are cold booting, meaning you've done a full shut down. Otherwise it may just be going into a sleep state.

Some motherboards default to selecting the highest supported multiplier for 1 and 2 core loads, for instance my motherboard. Do you know what your Vcore is sitting at when you are stress testing? Do you experience a lot of Vdroop (the voltage drop experienced when you heavily load your CPU)?

i haven´t locked anything either, i'm trying to enter to bios but f*cking windows 10 won't let me
