Just about to upgrade from a stock cooler to the kraken x62 series. I wanted to get some good baseline cpu temps before so I could compare them to after I install this beast.
Problem is not sure which software to trust for the temps because they are giving me vastly different readings.
Gigabyte System Information viewer puts my cpu at 36C while the CAM software puts it at 79C. This is at moderate ~50% cpu load. Not sure what is causing this huge discrepancy nor which one to trust.
Details:
Processor is the Kaveri AMD A10-7850K APU
MOBO: is gigabyte F2A78M-D3H
Ambient room temperature is 22-25C
