Will a deep cooler captain fit on my mother board?

Hi,So Im just upgrading my pc a little and i just ordered a new Phanteks Eclipse p4000s, i just have a couple of questions about the parts im putting in it. So i have my Gigabyte ga-z77x-ud3h i want to put in there, will it fit? and i also want to get a deepcool Captain 240ex for the CPU and i don't know if it will fit on the motherboard eater. Iv had water cooling for the CPU before but im just checking if it will fit with my parts. If anyone could help that be Gr8T Thanks!
